Ranthambhore Tours & Travels started in 1994 as the first taxi owner in Sawai-Madhopur district of Rajasthan to take tourists around Ranthambhore's renowned tiger sanctuary. Back then, they recorded an average footfall of 4-5 guests per week. Today, powered by 13 employees, its proprietor, Sheik Moin, looks after at least 5000 guests annually.

The tour operator managed its bookings & orders on Microsoft Excel with the help of a tourist turned data operator. However, most of their work, including reconciliation of orders with deliveries and bills with receipts was manual. This resulted in inaccuracy and poor visibility.
